- Messaging Identity: Your WhatsApp phone number or Telegram user ID, and your public profile name as provided by the messaging platform.

- Behavioral Data: We may keep track of items you show interest in, search history, and interaction patterns to improve our recommendations.
We do not collect passwords, payment information, or any data beyond what you voluntarily share in the chat.

- Product Discovery: To process your requests and provide the best product recommendations across multiple marketplaces including Instagram, Jumia, and Jiji.
- AI Processing: Your product queries are processed by third-party AI services (such as OpenRouter and Anthropic) solely to interpret your request and generate relevant responses.
